Let’s talk ENES

Custom software

Internal systems, portals and digital products built around the way your team works, instead of bending the team around the tool.

  • No per-user licences
  • The code and the data remain yours

When the off-the-shelf tool stops being enough

Every organization gets by for a while on spreadsheets plus a commercial tool bent halfway into shape. The breaking point comes when keeping that arrangement running costs more than building something of your own.

We build for that moment: a foundation that solves today’s operation and supports the next few years, without paying for features you will never use.

These situations usually point to the opportunity

Internal systems

When the operation lives in spreadsheets, chats and email

We centralize requests, inventory, approvals, clients, tasks and reports in a platform of your own.

  • Admin dashboard
  • Roles and permissions
  • History and traceability

Portals and web applications

When you need to serve users outside the organization

Experiences for clients, teams or communities with secure access, forms, payments or manageable content.

  • Client portal
  • Bookings or orders
  • Manageable content

MVPs and digital products

When an idea is worth validating before a larger investment

Working first versions to test the market, the users, the processes and the operating model.

  • Working prototype
  • Early validation
  • A path to grow

Signs that this service applies

  • You pay licences for features the team never uses.
  • The current tool forces a manual step to close every cycle.
  • External users need access, with different permission levels.
  • Every audit means rebuilding the history by hand.

About this service

Yes. The code and the data belong to the client. We do not introduce dependencies that force you to stay tied to us in order to keep operating.

It is agreed at the outset. You can contract ongoing support or take it on with your own team; in that case we hand over the documentation and carry out the technical transfer.

That is the recommended route. You build the highest-impact module, put it into operation and measure it. The next stage is decided with real usage data, not assumptions.

Has your current tool run out of room?

Tell us which tasks your team still handles by hand and we will tell you whether it is worth building yet.
