Let’s talk ENES

Process automation

We connect forms, email, CRM, spreadsheets, databases and APIs so workflows run without manual intervention.

  • A return measured in hours freed up
  • Start with one process, not with all of them

When your team repeats the same tasks every day

The cost of a manual process is not only the time it takes: it also includes the keying error, the email nobody answered and the report that arrives after the decision was made.

Automating does not mean replacing people. It means taking the mechanical load off them so they can spend their time on the work that requires judgement.

These situations usually point to the opportunity

Data capture and synchronization

When information arrives through many different channels

Forms, emails and spreadsheets feeding a single source of truth, with no manual re-typing between systems.

  • Connected forms
  • System-to-system synchronization
  • Automatic validation

Alerts and approval workflows

When an event has to be flagged in time

Notifications when stock runs low, a request exceeds its waiting time or a payment falls due, with defined rules and owners.

  • Automatic alerts
  • Role-based approvals
  • Escalation

Scheduled reports

When the report is put together by hand every month

The report is generated and distributed automatically, with the same data and the same format, on the agreed date.

  • Scheduled reports
  • Automatic delivery
  • History

Signs that this service applies

  • Someone spends a fixed number of hours each week moving data between systems.
  • The same piece of data is keyed in more than once, in different platforms.
  • Errors always cluster at the same point in the process.
  • A report needed on Monday is only finished on Wednesday.

About this service

In most cases, no. Automations are built on top of your existing tools, connecting them through APIs or direct integration. Replacing a system is a separate decision, and we only recommend it when the current system is the source of the problem.

Workflows are delivered documented and parameterized, so adjusting a rule, an owner or a deadline does not mean redoing the work. Structural changes do require additional development, and we tell you in advance.

With the process that consumes the most hours and requires the least judgement. It usually offers the fastest return and works as a test before a larger investment.

Which process eats the most time in your operation?

Tell us which one it is and in half an hour we will tell you whether it can be automated and how soon the investment pays for itself.
